Why Foundations Matter
Most financial planning begins with the question "What should I invest in?" We believe this gets the sequence wrong. The first question should be: "Is my foundation solid enough to support what I want to build?"
A house built on sand will not stand. Neither will a wealth strategy built on uncertain foundations. Before discussing investments, growth strategies, or retirement projections, we need to understand where you stand today—and how confident we can be in that understanding.

What We're Looking At
The Difference Between "Stated" and "Verified"
When a client tells us they have adequate insurance, that's stated information. When we've sighted the policies, reviewed the coverage, and confirmed the premiums are paid—that's verified. The quality of advice we can give depends entirely on the quality of information upon which it's based. A Blueprint-level foundation review gives both parties confidence that we're building on solid ground.
Three Levels of Foundation Review
Quick Look
Verbal confirmation and high-level overview. Information is "stated" not verified. Appropriate for initial fact-finding or areas outside current engagement scope.
Client-ReportedSource Documents
Primary documents sighted and reviewed—policies, contracts, deeds, statements. Information moves from "stated" to "verified". Standard for most engaged reviews.
DocumentedBlueprint
Comprehensive analysis with stress-testing and professional audit. Like the cyclopean walls of ancient Greece—each stone precisely fitted to your circumstances. No mortar needed.
